2007 – Research assistant at Peterson Institute of International Economics in Washington D.C., project of Ukrainian economic reforms since 1991 (contributed to the book How Ukraine Became a Market Economy and Democracy;

2010 – 2014 – Investment Banker and Country Representative of the Blackstone Group in Ukraine: corporate transactions with M&A, debt restructuring and capital investment.

2014 – 2016 – Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine: coordination and management of the Ministry’s key projects and organizational processes; advocacy of the Ministry’s initiatives in the government and the Parliament; coordination of analytical units and media relations; development of presentations and analytical materials for the Minister.

Ivan Syniakov

Ivan Syniakov graduated from Lesi Ukrainki Volynsky State University with a (bachelor degree in practical psychology and teaching social sciences), he also holds an MBA from Kyiv School of Economics.

In 2014-2016, he worked as a deputy director of the Department for reforms and business development, director of Department for human resources and social department of National Joint Stock Company “Naftogaz of Ukraine”.

From April 2020 to May 2020, he served as an advisor to the head of advisory group to the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine”.

In May 2020, Mr. Syniakov was appointed as director of the human resources department of the Company.

In July 2020, Mr. Syniakov was appointed as acting Member of the Management Board.

Frantisek Bures

Oleksandr Pertsovskyi

Oleksandr Pertsovskyi graduated from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University with a Bachelor Degree in Economics. As a Fulbright scholar he also received an M.A. degree in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University International Business School (Waltham, MA, USA).

In 2010 to 2016, he worked in various managerial roles with Deutsche Post DHL Group, first based in the United States and between 2011 and 2016 in Singapore.

Between 2016 and September 2020, Mr. Pertsovskyi  held the position of First Deputy CEO – Chief Operating Office at Ukraine’s national postal operator “Ukrposhta”.

In October 2020, Mr. Pertsovskyi was appointed as a Director of Passenger Company and Acting Member of the Management Board responsible for the passenger business.

Roman Chernitskiy

Roman Chernitskiy graduated from Dnipropetrovsk State Technical University of Railway Transport with a degree in civil engineering with a major in railway construction, track and track management.  Mr. Chernitskyy also graduated from Kyiv University of Economics and Transport Technologies with a master's degree in railway construction and track management.

Between October 2015 and February 2016, he worked as head of "Track Service" structural unit, between March 2016 and April 2017, as deputy head on infrastructure issues of the Lviv Railway Regional Branch, between April 2017 and March 2019, as director of infrastructure of JSC "Ukrainian Railways", and, between March 2019 and October 2020 as executive director of the Lviv Railway Regional Branch of JSC "Ukrainian Railways".

In October 2020, Mr. Chernitskyy was appointed as Director of Infrastructure and became an Acting Member of the Management Board.
